Counter-notification

If you believe material was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notification that includes your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your name, address, and telephone number, plus consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or any district if you are outside the United States) and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.
